I have been in the health & wellness industry for over a decade. I originally began this journey because I battled acne breakouts and scarring. I wanted to learn how to not only heal my skin, but prevent further damage and begin to age gracefully. Early on, I discovered my passion wasn't just in skincare, but in facilitating the journey to self care. Healing the whole self. After spending most of my career in my hometown of Boulder, my current community in Lafayette is where I want to continue sharing my passion . My goal is to create a comfortable space where everyone is welcome to come share in their journey to self care as well.
